Students Making Global Impact

Global Service Highlight

Zionsville Community High School (ZCHS) World Language Educators Lindsey Alessandrini and Alex Gall, along with recent ZCHS graduate Parker Coyle, presented about their recent service-learning trip to Panama. Sixteen ZCHS students joined peers from Noblesville High School to complete the first phase of a restroom construction project in a rural Panamanian community. Students completed 330 volunteer hours, delivered 450 pounds of donated materials, and led Spanish-language lessons for local school-age students.

Recent graduate Parker Coyle was recognized for his years of service leadership, including raising nearly $10,000 for global service efforts. Coyle helped reinvigorate the school’s international service club and played a central role in launching these transformative trips.
