Strategic Planning Process
Superintendent Coffman shared an update on the district's strategic planning process, emphasizing the importance of community collaboration in shaping the district’s future. She expressed gratitude for the strong engagement, noting that more than 150 individuals—including staff, students, families, and community members—participated in focus groups to offer valuable insights. Additionally, nearly 2,500 responses were gathered through a community-wide survey. A steering committee is currently reviewing every piece of feedback to ensure it informs future planning, with their next meeting scheduled for December.
